Per the State of Wisconsin: Refunds will be based on the Refund Policy of the Business or entity providing services to the public physically residing within the state of Wisconsin.

Full Refunds Information:

1) You will receive a Full Refund if I have to cancel your appointment due to a family emergency, personal illness or circumstances beyond my control.

2) You will receive a Full Refund if you send me an email at stariari333@gmail.com asking and detailing your reason, this must be done before 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not email me 24 hours prior, you will only receive 50% of your Refund back. This does not include a refund on monthly subscriptions of the Toci Healing Academy LLC, Toltec Shaman Initiation Course as this is the users responsibility to end any subscriptions via email notification to stariari333@gmail.com, prior to the begining of a new Month subscription period.

3) Negotiations on refunds will not be done by business owner, legal representatives for Arianna Ruiz, www.stariari333.com. website, Toci Healing Academy LLC, Toltec Shaman Initiation Course, will contact you for any claims when services have been rendered, or 30 to 31 days of use within Toltec Shaman Initiation Course period has ended. Use is defined as attendance via login onto the website, joining the Zoom conference for lessons, Zoom one on one Personal Meeting with Owner, use of teaching materials such as PDF emailed and website course work, or watching prerecorded zoom videos, or posting and engaging with the owner and fellow students within the Toltec Shaman Initiation Course.

4) Toltec Shaman Initiation Course is a 12 month commitment. You must email me directly at stariari333@gmail.com if you wish to join prior to subscribing. There will be no refunds after the first month of the course, if you decide to unsubscribe at any time before the 12 months is over. If you decide to unsubscribe during the first month of the course, which is in June, you will only be given a partial refund (50%). You will need to wait a whole 12 months if you wish to resubscribe or rejoin the course. If you have extenuating circumstances (health issues, financial issues such as loss of income) anytime after the first month and need to unsubscribe, please email me directly at stariari333@gmail.com. At that point the money you have already paid will be used to place you in the proper month/week of the lesson you ended in for the next initiation course you wish to join. Full completion of the 12 month initiation course is require join the in person initiation retreat and claim the title of Toltec Shaman.

No downloads of videos, sharing of pictures/screen shots of lesson plans are permitted unless requested for study material via email to owner as long as you are still a paying member of Toci Healing Academy LLC and the Toltec Shaman Initiation Course. In which case, owner will modify posts or videos to ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and identity of all students is kept private and within Toci Healing Academy LLC and Toltec Shaman Initiation Course only.

All students have the right to a safe and private learning environment, no student who was or is still a member of Toci Healing Academy LLC and the Toltec Shaman Initiation Course is allowed to share any curriculum, zoom videos, pictures of profiles, comments made by other students and the owner as it is a direct violation of these rights. If evidence is found of this violation, said individual will be terminated from the use of the Toci Healing Academy LLC and Toltec Shaman Initiation Course and all students will be notified of their rights being violated by said individual so they can take legal action against them if they wish.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

You must be on time for your appointment, yes it's online, and yes it Still Matters. If you are going to be late please email me at stariari333@gmail.com to inform me. If you are 5 minutes late, and I don't receive an email from you, I will have to reschedule your appointment. You will not receive the full extent of my services, in a timely manner, if you are late to your appointment, this is why it's best to email me and reschedule.
